South Boston — Southie to everyone who lives here — is one of the city's most walkable neighbourhoods: rows of triple-deckers, corner bars that have been there for generations, and a newer wave of restaurants and coffee shops along East Broadway. You're a short walk from the water. Castle Island, Pleasure Bay and the Southie beaches are all close enough for a morning walk, and the Seaport's restaurants and museums are minutes away. Downtown, the North End and Fenway are all quick to reach, and Logan is unusually close for a city stay — under ten minutes on a good run.
Guest Access
The whole house is yours: all five bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the private roof deck. Nobody else will be in it during your stay. You're on the second floor, up an internal staircase from the street door. Entry is keyless with smart locks on both doors, so there's no key to collect and nobody to meet. We send the code before you arrive. There are other residents in the building, so the entryway and stairwell are shared. Everything beyond your own door is yours alone.

There are other residents in the building, so we keep noise down after 9:30pm and ask guests to be considerate in the shared entryway and stairwell. Non-smoking throughout, and we can't accept pets.

Southie is walkable and most of what you'll want is on foot. The Red Line and local buses connect you to downtown and Cambridge in minutes. One thing to plan for: there is no street parking. Guests reserve a nearby garage or lot through SpotHero — choose in/out access if you'll be coming and going — and we send the details before you arrive. If you're not driving, rideshares and the T cover everything easily.
