Accessibility

Neighborhood

The Inn at Seacrest sits directly on 30A at the eastern end of Seacrest Beach, with Alys Beach about two minutes' walk in one direction and Rosemary Beach around ten in the other. Both are worth an evening — Alys for its startling white architecture, Rosemary for its cobbled lanes and restaurants. Publix and Winn Dixie are both about seven minutes by car, and Deer Lake and Grayton Beach State Parks are close enough for an easy morning out. Fonville Press in Alys Beach does breakfast and coffee and is a short walk from the door.

Guest Access

The studio is yours alone — it's a private unit, not a shared space, and nobody else will be in it during your stay. Shared with other guests and owners of the building: the pool and hot tub downstairs, the coin-operated laundry room on the first floor, and the common areas. The studio is on the second floor and there's a lift as well as stairs. Entry is by keypad, so there's no key to collect and nobody to meet — we send the code before you arrive.

Good to know

The kitchenette has a full-size fridge, microwave, air fryer and coffee maker, set up for breakfasts and simple meals. There's a coin-operated laundry room downstairs by the pool. Parking is free on site for one vehicle. Bath towels are provided — bring your own for the beach. The Inn is small and quiet, so quiet hours run 9pm to 9am. Non-smoking throughout the property, and we can't accept pets.

Location

Sorry we're unable to show you the location for this property

Most of what you'll want is on foot. Alys Beach is about two minutes' walk and Rosemary Beach around ten, and the 30A bike path runs right past the Inn, which is the easiest way up and down the coast without moving the car. Parking is free on site for one vehicle. Publix and Winn Dixie are both about seven minutes' drive, and Deer Lake and Grayton Beach State Parks are an easy morning out. If you'd rather cycle, Peddlers 30A hire bikes by the day or week, a few minutes along the road at 10343 E County Hwy 30A.
